Aille Business Consultancy was founded to make proven enterprise approaches useful and accessible to smaller organisations.
Pat Boyle
I've spent 29 years working in technology and programme delivery, managing complex implementations for global organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Shell, Apple and Deutsche Bank.
My background combines hands-on delivery with an MBA (First Class Honours) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
After a long career in multinational business, I wanted to bring that experience closer to home — helping businesses in Galway and the wider West of Ireland benefit from practical technology and better ways of working.
I believe good consultancy starts by listening, understanding what matters and keeping solutions proportionate to the problem.
